Here at the Fiatt Independent Christian Church, we always have a number of things going on that we'd love to tell you about! But better than visiting our website, why not visit us on a Sunday morning?
We know that you will find a friendly, faith-filled, family atmosphere when you arrive and will want to become part of our special faith community. We offer verse-by-verse preaching that is made applicable to our daily lives, and spiritual guidance that can help you find what you've been missing and help you discover something exciting and new.
Whether you just happen to be in the area and need a place to worship this Sunday or you live close by and are looking for something new, we hope you will check us out!
Our purpose is to worship the Lord as a church family and spread the Good News Gospel. You can wear what you feel most comfortable wearing. You will find many wearing blue jeans, slacks, shorts (when seasonally appropriate) or dresses and shirts and ties. We believe the attitude of your heart is more important than what you're wearing.
We blend hyms and contemporary worship music. Ocassionally we have special music or accompaniment.
Sunday School currently offers coffee, juice or milk and donuts for all ages. It starts at 9:30 and usually lasts 50 minutes, breaking prior to the worship service.
Worship service begins at 10:30 and includes singing songs, announcements, prayer requests and praises as well as a message you can apply to everyday life. This service usually lasts about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. A nursery is provided during the worship service for little ones up to 1st grade. Junior Church is available for 1st grade through 6th grade as an alternative to remaining in the santuary for the adult worship service.
We welcome you in our church! We are doing our best to practice social distancing and sanitize our building. We would like to remind everyone to observe social distancing guidelines. Your safety and comfort is our priority.
We are not requiring masks, but if you are more comfortable wearing one, please do. Masks for adults and children are available in the foyer for your convenience if you need one.
Hand sanitizers are available in the foyer, sanctuary and fellowship hall for your convenience as well.
Elbow bumps are are substitute for shaking hands.
